With Democrats in control of the purse strings, the odds are very low that the state will ever put funding for a railroad bridge in Lower Macungie on a priority list to help Doug Reichley look good.
The Macungies are big losers, especially Upper, where Grandpa Simpson Mantz is a freshman. How much bacon is he going to bring home? nada.

the loser category was based on going from having some majority status in the district to no majority status in the district. I.E. the District was R house and D senate. The winner basis was a change from if the district was D house and R senate. Major winner was
based on cities or areas that completely went to dbl majority status. Complete loser were areas that went to complete minority status.

I really didn't look at partial minority status as a basis of change

thanks for the clarification. interesting points.
Easton stands to be the biggest winner. Freeman is a senior dude now.
Chris, I should have put a trademark on the Grandpa Simpson Mantz line. That was too good.
